New hpfp failed?

Hi.

Is it actually possible that the brand new genuine hpfp failed after 2 days?? Car ran fine but now it won't even hold idle.

I attached a log of the start and you can clearly see that the pressure is not even trying to get up.

Unfortunately, yes. While rare, I swear I read about one roughly a month ago with another member with a brand new OEM HPFP they bought from FCP and it was either bad out of the box or lasted 1 day.

Called the shop and they put a new one in the post. Should arrive tomorrow. Wouldn't even care, but all that finger bending while installing for nothing

Replaced with the new pump and now everything has been working just fine for a week.
