NBT problem with sound

Hi there

I am having problems with my NBT is running Logic7 (if that matters).

What I use my IphoneX and recieve a call I can take it and they can hear what I say, but I cannot hear what they are saying. The sound switches over to the phone (on the screen you can see incomming call) and then after a few seconds it then starts the radio or what was running, and the person calling me can hear both me and the radio?

I was tolled that it could be lacking updates to the system, but was wondering if any of you had the same problem, and if so how it was solved?

I do NOT think that it is related to the year of the car. I think it might be related to the iOS of the iPhone.
I will do some tests (find old iPhones) with older iOS to see if this is the case.
The system has been running fine before but within the last few months the problem have shown. First you don’t know if it is the phone or car. The NBT have been updated to latest Software yesterday (I hoped it would solve the problem) but it did not work.
