N55 135 Losing Rail Pressure 35-4700rpm

I have a 135. Fbo+ blah blah. I have been running a custom E50 wedge MHD tune for 5-6 months with no issues. I went to the track 2 weeks ago and was loosing rail pressure between 3500-4700rpm(also 17-18psi) when I go WOT. If I feather through that rpm range I can then go WOT and have full rail pressure 2500psi+. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know a log could probably help. I’ll see what I can do about getting one tonight.

Yeah, can't really help without the log. I'm still guessing over boost running out of fuel.
