2008 N54 335i - engine starts then stalls after 10 seconds or so.

NEW - HPFP, Low pressure fuel pump (Precision Raceworks stage 2.5 v2, Throttle Body, low pressure fuel sensor, high pressure fuel sensor, catless downpipes, T17 turbos, MHD tune stage 2+, EKP (with coding), ignition coils, spark plugs, water pump, thermostat, MAP sensor on intake manifold, TMAP on charge pipe, and more
walnut blasted on valves under intake manifold
It would just crank without starting at all before I switched out the MAP sensor on intake manifold
engine ran before upgrades. There was fuel and coolant leaking from multiple locations so I decided to upgrade while replacing oil pan gasket, valve cover and gasket, etc., leak down test was good (cylinder 6 off by 7%), battery is good (new)
fuel pressures before and after engine stalls:
rail pressure - ~2500psi
low pressure - ~62psi
Why is it stalling? Electrical? fuel injectors? why no codes? it sounds like it's running out of fuel but isn't.
