My crank hub bolt came loose seeing the factory M12 bolt is tightened to 100nm + 360 degrees seems a lot for this bolt.
I tapped the crank to fit an M14 bolt which only needs 100nm + 300 degrees this increases clamping pressure by 40%. This also does not stretch the bolt as much so would not permanently distort it which "may" make it reusable.
This with a spline lock, bolt capture and n55 harmonic balancer seems to be the best solution for n54 crank hubs.
