PPI is proud to introduce our 4340 billet N54 crank. By default it will be oem stroke. We have a 100mm stroker version and can accommodate any custom stroke you want. Please specify on comments when ordering what stroke you want. Default is oem 89.6mm.

Cranks come knife edged and lightened. The 100 mm stroke will make 3325cc displacement with 84mm bore. With our new blocks (coming soon) with 86mm bore this will make 3485cc displacement.

Our crank weight is 21.400kg (oem n54 crank is 23.5kg)

thats 4.63 LBS lighter than oem!

You will need matching rods/pistons if you change stroke we can provide those as well please send us a message to inquire.

All crankshafts are made to order. Please allow 45-90 days at this time to manufacture to your specs. No refunds will be given once a order is placed for a custom crankshaft, no exceptions! This is a custom made part how you want. You order. It's yours.

Just curious if anyone had any more information on this.

I know PPI has a bad name because of their injector bore kit and they seems very suspect: https://www.spoolstreet.com/threads/n54-injector-bore-repair-kit.8049/page-3

Also some questionable products: https://ppifpr.com/ppi-ignition-nxx-ignition-coil/

I am guessing this is just vaporware. Like the ITBs for the N54: https://www.spoolstreet.com/threads...ifold-by-hyper-racing.6633/page-2#post-119989

Still a 3.5l N54 assuming it can still rev well(at least to 7200, hopefully more) would be fun. At the end of the day there is no replacement for displacement as they say ;) Especially with an undersquare motor.

I guess we will have to wait and see what happens. I can't see people jumping on this all that fast for a few reasons.
1. Company reputation
2. N54 is old news
3. People have made plenty of power on the stock crankshaft.
4. If looking for more power than what many have already made, it would probably be best to switch platforms versus beating a dead horse.

I'm just going to leave this here. I wish someone would build a n54 out of Alibaba/China parts just for science. I mean, could it turn out much worse than what'd happen if you sent a N54 and a couple of blank cheques to VTT and Ghassan?

hahaha you were quicker than me :D

PPIPRRPSIPIIRR .. this shittingsworth company is hilarious.

All "their" products are the cheapest available alibaba products available. Except may be this tool for ovaled spark plug holes.

But the rods, pistons were also introduced as "their development with their requirements" and it is pure bla bla.

Please allow 45-90 days at this time to manufacture to your specs

Let me translate. "Please allow us to order them for you through aliababa"
