My single turbo build only 16.7psi target 27psi

Hi everyone
My car has some issue it build only 16.7 psi of boost target is almost 27psi. I checked Mac valve everything seems to be good connected. Car run on single turbo DR 14psi wastegate spring control by reflex + please advise what should I check more thank you. I will add some log

Issue solved Mac solenoid was damage in my car.I installed new one and boost come back
