It just tells me the winner probably never comes to the board or something. Again rules are rules. The individual not replying actually won the first choice of prize, if they don't reply I'll give the other guy first choice and redraw for the second choice winner.
That guy never got back to me and he hasn't been on since before the raffle ended. We've got a problem with people dropping the ball on the reviews so we are keeping things going. The #2 winner @Kommodore has moved up and selected the Flex Fuel, and the old winner will have their 10 entries refunded.
We will redraw an additional winner for the boostbox, this person must already be single turbo or own a kit being installed. This means we'll probably have to redraw several times. If it becomes a pain to find that individual we may just turn it into a second raffle somehow.

We solidified a winner for the flex fuel and we have a new winner for the boost box after a redraw, so we're all set for now!

An expired raffle thread is what you chose to ask about N55 development?
Well Jim ... if one wants to win a Flexfuel raffle in the future ... there would have to be N55 Flexfuel being developed
