Might help if you post what is being sold since there is no "Motiv Flex kit". Realize that the Flex Fuel for MHD is just $150 new, the ECA is just $120, the BMW short line is $305.

The kit is 325 new, this is clearly the DIY kit as mentioned multiple times. Also as mentioned this kit is brand new and never used. But yes it comes with everything in the picture above. I'm calling it a kit because that is what it is being it has everything needed for the most part(except for mhd/tune) to run flex fuel.
