We bought a car from a customer and sold to another customer. He asked us to retune it for flex-fuel, and just get it tweaked so it's running its best. This is a car we did a lot of work to over the years so we know it well.

The Car made close to 500/500 on ACN91 octane only (again ended up bouncing around E17-E18 after draining the tank), and close to 650/670 on E70.

Mods include:
Stock motor
Stock head
VTT GC Lites
VTT aluminum outlet
VTT Stock location inlets
VTT Single Barrel Shotgun
PFS Stock Series Double-shot bucketed
Spec Twin Disc
Catless downpipes
HPF 3.5" Exhaust
VTT Charge pipe/Raceport BOV
VRSF 7.5" Race intercooler

Dynos are attached for ACN91 only, ACN91 vs E70, E70 only, Old E85 non-flex tune/dyno vs E70 now.

The GC Lites are pretty much maxed here WGDC goes 100% up top, but power is not falling off too bad. The single barrel is having no issues keeping up at these power levels with the new HPFP tables, and look how smooth the LPFP signal, and rail pressure signal is. None of the crazy spikes we were seeing with the Helix. This is a solid streetable set up, that makes for a VERY fast car. Spool is obscene with 500WTQ by almost 2700RPM & 600WTQ by almost 3000. Rocketship!

@Chris@VargasTurboTech, was this car, as well as the prior one posted tuned to the edge of knock, or is there a reason this one has about 6* more timing on e70? Is there really that much more timing available between E50 and E70, or was the auto car simply fuel limited on E50?
The timing and boost has to be where more than half the delta is between these 2 cars, with the rest being 6MT RWD vs 5AT AWD.

Different customers, different cars, different goals, in a nutshell. We're leaning on the lights pretty hard up top at 100% WGDC. :)

Again this is why I tell people to email me and start a dialog -similar hardware will end up in very different places depending on usage, vehicle details, and goals. It's def. not one size fits all (although the basic blueprint is the largely the same).

BTW both cars were 6MT, one was Xi on Xdelete. No fuel system on the other car, ran a max of E50 (single shot only). This car had a double shot and a single barrel. Having more fuel capacity opens more doors... FWIW they have the same timing table. Copy & paste. Don't skimp on fuel systems. :)

Also if anyone was paying attention to fueling in the logs, you can see trims were maxed most of the run but AFR stays in a solid range, we simply had to adjust the scaler a bit in the map, once that was done trims were good.
