I generated a stock backup using mhd, switched a few tables so i can run on E85. Will I be able to set readiness and pass E-Check? Pretty sure I can have 1 not ready.

I have catless dps and rear bank 2 o2 heater does not work, the sensor reads and i disabled the o2 heater code. In my everyday tune I just used single rear o2, this one i left stock o2 setup.

If I need to buy an o2 sensor I will. I just don't know that much about emissions stuff, figured I'd ask.

Is it a must that I run stock tune? Like mhd off the car? I didn't buy any ots maps. I'm sure this sounds like a mess... Thanks if you made it this far!

I didn't check the catted dp box on mhd. Maybe that will set readiness. Pretty sure cold start is required... Maybe the engine just has to be cold I don't really know

MHD disables the readiness check, it wont set it as Passed.

Catalyst Readiness is not affected as long as you didn't check the catted dp box. Though it will throw cat efficiency codes if you have catless dp's.

You NEED however to have both post cat o2's in order for the "O2 sensor, and O2 heater" monitor to ready up.

I'll get an o2 sensor then, my hope is E85 will burn clean enough it wont throw those codes, doubt it tho... Is there a certain afr it looks for? Maybe I can tune around that...

I believe at one point the mhd box was for catless dps. Maybe my memory is off. I know currently it is a stock catted dp box, it would make sense to check the box to get readiness, correct?

Putting rear o2s in now, I really hope to get this thing to pass tomorrow...

New rear o2s in so those are good and show readiness. Still trying to get EVAP to show ready. Probably just needs another drive cycle or two.

I also get cat efficiency codes but I think I can have 1 not ready and pass although I'm not 100% sure. No check engine light but it shows active with MHD... I wonder if they're scanner would even catch it...

I read in another thread on another forum V8Bait said he used an AFR of 14.671 to help with o2 readiness... Tried that, o2s are ready, no cat readiness.

As soon as I pulled out of e check with a pass my check engine light came on for the cat codes. They must've been pending before... Probably best to check to flash mhd as uncatted so the codes are disabled and you can pass with all but one ready. I got lucky lol, used a self serve kiosk.

Look on the e check website and it will show if there are any near you. Im in one of the only 5 counties that actually e check in Ohio...

Edit: 7 counties not 5
