I will move onto MHD from JB4. I heard people saying that I won't gain more power by having both of them. Anyway, please help me to understand MHD.

Can anyone tell me what the stage 1, 2, and 3 is??

Thanks, didnt see this post in the website.

car is FBO, I guess I can go for stage 2 upgrade... thought it was going to be a lot cheaper ,,but with cables, tablet, license, and map... all going to be like 250~300..

It is cheaper just depending on if you have an android phone or not. But the stages and power are pretty straight forward. When you have everything setup you can fire up the app and look at the map options it gives descriptions for what you can purchase. As far as stacking tunes, unless you are running methanol or e85 you're probably better off letting the dme control things with a proper tune. You can ask @MHD for further details or confirmation.

Thing is, mine is still at 40k miles and I want dealer to replace my turbo before time runs out. Will I be able to turn it back to stock and turn it back to custom map?
Like he said, yes. You can back up your current map or have mhd load the most recent stock map for your car.

Do you have a datalog? maybe we can see whats wrong with this log?!
You can check the vacuum hoses, Pressure transducer, turbo solenoid and the connection to the FMIC.

MHD is good if you're only FBO running pump.
I went with JB4 after I got upgraded turbos and JB4 had more fail safe options for me.
This debate between JB4 and MHD have been going for long time already.
It all comes down to personal preference really..

Recently, my car kicked me to map 4 and i always get 30FF code... Shop told me i have no boost leak. do you know anything about this issue?

30FF could be vacuum leak, boost leak, failing wastegates, jb4 being retarded or tweaked improperly. Datazap.me is your friend. Make an account, post logs in a separate thread dedicated to your issue.

Stock ECU will always have more safety options than any stacked tune or piggyback module. Unless you have PI... that's another story altogether.

There's really no debate. Jb4 is great for stock frame turbos and meth. MHD is great for all turbo setups now that boostbox is out. Jb4 has a few safety features added for PI but not nearly as many as it needs. If you think I'm wrong about jb4, search "jb4 overboost" on Google and read through all the threads where Terry more or less admits he can't do it properly so he tells people to just run a smaller wg spring. Yet, MOTIV is able to use their PID tuning to target less than wg spring and maintain it nearly perfectly.
