MHD lock tool

hey guys I'm having some issue with the map lock tool. Keeps giving me the following error

I downloaded the .rar from the dropbox link I was emailed from MHD. I read the word doc that was included.

Do I need to put XDFs in the folder or something? I'm confused on how to set this up. Thanks

You need an XDF or all three in the folder, and then an unmodified bin for that definition that matches the one that you're trying to lock.
