For the last couple months my tuner and I have been working through a few issues trying to get the car up on boost but the one issue we couldn't solve is why when the gas pedal is floored the car would hold back although both RPM and boost would start buildings then the car would shoot off like ah bat outa hell. We chased our tails until I started blaming his tune and he responded by saying its the car, long story short, although I thought it seemed like anti lag, I knew I did not have it installed nor was I actually turning it on if I did. I went back into MHD and sure enough it was selected and set for 9 seconds! don't know when, why or how that happened! Turned it off now all is well in the universe again! For information, does anyone use this on a 235? what settings do you use? How Do u turn it on and off again?

You owe your tuner an apology.

Their (MHD) instructions and all the you tube videos I've seen say to use the left rocker switch on the steering wheel to activate but on my car it somehow turned on when I floor the gas pedal so its fair for me to have thought it was an issue with the tune, I am fortunate my tuner is a reasonable person.

Who is your tuner? It should not activate without pressing any buttons on the wheel. Also, there is no antilag "time" adjustment in the MHD flash options. The slider is simply for target boost adjustment, so not sure what you were looking at w/ this "9 seconds"...

Why in good glory would anyone run anti lag unless its a in a sponsored motorsports racing situation where the damage to the turbo is justified at the expense of winning?

You are confusing our implementation (which is basically "rolling antilag", with timing retard, separate fuel target, and boost ceiling), with rally style antilag which keeps the turbo spooled when off the throttle by continuing to inject fuel while cutting spark. Vastly different. Our (MHD) implementation is fine for even stock hardware, as we have implemented numerous safeties like oil/coolant temps, EGT, cooldown timers between use, etc.

I understand that it should not activate but it does when I floor it and has been doing this every time , I could have confused the slider setting no biggie but it does not change what Iā€™m saying.

Who is your tuner?

Also, please post these two things:
1. Screenshot of your entire read codes screen
2. A log of this behavior, including the "antilag active" parameter, when you were not pressing any wheel buttons.

I would prefer to leave my tuner out of this because in all honesty he did not know that the anti lag was selected so he couldnā€™t have been expected to fix the issue . Jake, I will be able to do what you ask when I come off work in the next two days.

PM me the name if you don't want to share it here. I ask as I may need to contact them to get the bin file for inspection, as somehow your car is functioning differently than all the other thousands of flashed MHD+ cars :)

You said antilag is activating on its own, so upload a log of it happening. That log you posted, antilag is not active and timing looks normal to me.
