LPFP Dropping into 50s

Running MOTIV750 with Stage 3 LPFP triggered by 15psi Hobbs and Boost Box on ACN 91 octane. I'm getting LPFP drops to 50s, no codes, just curious why this is happening. This is with the Hobbs switch in the CP wired up. Same issue if I disable the wiring (single LPFP mode).

I also recently had the fuel line upgraded with the ethanol sensor in the middle

dude that log looks like shit...who is your tuner? Edit: the second one is better. Where are your LPFP drops?

Edit again: Your HPFP is crashing too, what is your full setup?

Tune looks overly rich in my experience, looks like they are targeting low 11's for mid-high rpm. That's the kind AFR we would target on a port injection motor without DI. These engines seem to like to be around 11.5-12

Agreed, timing corrections everywhere, not hitting boost targets, fuel pressure issues....fire your tuner right now and find someone who knows what they are doing. In the mean time stay out of boost. This type of log is a prime example of a tuner that would be blowing up engines on other platforms. Our inherent safeties are the only thing that have kept your engine in one piece. Garbage tune.

Yeah we're on version 4. I think target is too high for 91. I'd be ok with an 18psi safe map.

Lol easy guys. It's CK@Motiv
I feel regardless of who it is you're either having a very strange malfunction, this tune wasn't made for your mods or is a very early revision that needs a lot of work or it's just a straight up bad tune. AFR targets are rich, the PID system is dialed in as well as a quadriplegic falling down a flight of stairs (you should log bank 1 WGDC as well btw), timing drops everywhere and very strange boost control behavior at 5900 rpm in that first log. Somethings up here.

91 is really hard to tune with at 400+whp power levels regardless of tuner.

Let's be real Payam, no matter what the fuel you can tune in proper boost control. Hell, by revision 4 the boost control should be flawless. I could potentially understand some AFR tweeks, and definitely still working on the ignition advance. But you are supposed to start low and creep up on the limit, then back it down a bit. You don't overshoot the fueling limits and ride the safeties.

Motiv has a great reputation but this tune is flat out bad.

I personally didn't bother looking at the log to see what's exactly going on. I was speaking in general because of timing corrections.

Stage 3 pump and 750 turbo seems like a massive waste on 91 octane. Especially if limited to around 400WHP?

Slap some methanol on that bitch and set it free!

I don't normally post in threads like this, but this is actually on 91ACN the first post says which is like the equivalent of 87-89oct. 22psi is too much boost for that turbo on 91acn. Meth injection would help though.

I'm not American. I live in Europe where we only ever use RON. Our 99 RON being equivalent to your 93 Octane I'm told.
So I've never seen ACN. Wow if it's 87 to 89 then surely water and methanol or similar is a must. I assume the OP is probably somewhere that doesn't have E85 available.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I actually live near the e85 factory so that is not the problem.

This map will be used as a base for the FF map and will tune for e85 later.

I would figure out the timing corrections first. Why are you trying to run so much boost? What are your mods? Chris is a good dude but if you are giving him no information to work on like you are giving us he isn't going to be able to put together something good for you.

PID boost control looks a little better but still needs work. The corrections look better at this lower boost level and I see the AFR was leaned up a bit towards what I would expect to see 11.5-12. Keep working with your tuner to get revisions.
