Wondering if any n54 users in here do any HPDE events using JRZ RSOne coilovers. If so what spring rates are you running?

I don't run that suspension but I just went through allot research doing my suspension all m3 parts and ground control coil over. What I have learned Is you need to have your sub frame bushings done and then if you are close to stock height slightly lowered 440f if slammed 525 and 700r is good for auto x if going to r comp tires or higher speeds like more road race than 800r for more street allot recommend softer in front but for track you have to worry about losing camber so i went 440 I rode In a 600 800 car and with proper bushings and good shocks it was not much worse than stock sport was firm but smoother in weird way

Thanks for the info. I do have full m3 suspension bits, Quaife LSD with defiv lockdown kit with solid LSD bushings. The subframe bushing is m3 and I think it's fine for now. Im running Bilstein pss9 but would like to have a more track oriented setup.

After that seats, cage and BBKs.

No. Just planning ahead. It's till next year. Trying to payoff my daily.

I was looking at the Apex kit which has Hyperco springs 600F/850R.

I don't think I'm gonna cage the car. Just some better seats like Sportster GTs.
