Jb4 back end flash tune used as a straight flash?

Hi All

I currently have a jb4 back end flash single turbo n54, i would like to get the vehicle tuned on the back end flash, however at a later stage i would like to run the GFB 3 and custom flash.
My question is, if i pay for a custom back end flash tune on my jb4 is it easily interchangeable when i purchase a GFB 3 and straight flash the car or will i have to pay a tuner the full amount to flash my car again?

I would suggest using a Reflex and a mac solenoid for boost control when you decide to ditch the JB4, you can integrate that with the DME so you have full DME control over the wastegates.

Regarding paying for a retune that would be down to the tuner. I personally wouldn't bother paying for a custom JB4 tune, just wait until you upgrade then get it all done at once.
