You mean these?

I just had a small batch made here in China which shipped to a few friends in NA. They are really nice if you want to install an auxiliary radiator or otherwise need to reroute/modify the stock coolant lines. The stock ones easily break when you start moving things around.

During the last 12 months I have had a lot of components custom-made locally in my quest to make my own car's cooling system track-ready. Custom radiators, mounts and silicone hoses. Now as my track temperatures have never been better, I have been thinking about doing an entire aux radiator kit to sell to NA via @John@DBV2 so others can benefit as well, and avoid having to go the PPK route. The kit would then include these with custom logo and color, as well as all other necessary components.

Damn! That is freaking awesome! I have worried about these connections and did not know about any replacements. You would be leading the market here.

Wow, my previous post got a lot of likes. So for this to make sense for me, it would have to be a one time group buy thing with a deadline. Then I have everything made to order in one go.

So @doublespaces I'm obviously not a vendor, and just want to help some fellow enthusiasts in here as I happen to be in China. Are we allowed to use the site to facilitate this?

I am thinking that if any vendors show up, and wants to buy 10pcs or more, I can have them made with their logo and at a volume discount. But otherwise I would just ship directly from China.

I would probably limit the options to:
1) Top set in red (set of two fittings), see picture below (hose not included). Would fit these cars: click. Price around USD 100 excl shipping, import tax etc.
2) Complete DIY auxiliary radiator kit including top and bottom fittings (See picture below / click here), one custom aux radiator, all needed silicone hoses, clamps, Y-fittings and mounting brackets, red color scheme. Price around USD 700 excl shipping etc.
2b) Same as the above, but with blue fittings, and matching accessories.

Yup that's what I'm looking for mainly for the top rad hose fitting that goes on the rad. I wanted to use an AN line for the coolant return to the tank.

I was just thinking. Is there a way to set up the reservoir on the driver side so no plumbing is needed to the passenger side?

I'm pretty sure I saw someone run the hose down to the heater core pipe but I can't remember exactly. In any case, I suspect that would benefit from a custom part.

Turner makes a metal reservoir for drivers side. Not sure about plumbing.

Yes, that's what I did. It goes from my reservoir to the heater core pipe. It just made no sense to me to run a hose to the passenger side when there already is one.
Basically just used a T .

Also thanks for helping the community you seem like a genuine person.

Black is no problem. Logo also no problem. Just need group consensus/volume. I suggested red and blue because I can have the inner part of the silicone hoses made in matching colors for some extra bling.

Something that isn't exactly clear to me is what the conections look like. Is there some NPT threads or something so we can screw on barbs or AN fittings or use the existing factory connections? If you made this modular, then I think it would be quite interesting as it would be useful to more people.

Also, I think this piece interferes with forward facing manifolds, so if someone were able to adjust the angle a bit that may benefit them greatly.

I posted some more pictures over in the feeler thread linked above. If the OEM fittings work with forward facing manifolds, then I don't see why these would not.
