Hiccup at idle with log

Hello all,
For the past week or two I’ve been having a hiccup at idle every 10 seconds or so and it seems like now it comes every 2 seconds, so it’s getting worst. Index 12 injectors and R8 coils done 5k miles ago, spark plugs done 1k mile ago. What else could it be?

I always use 93 from the same shell gas station, I guess it could be a possibility. Timing jumps 10 deg every time it hiccups and STFT looks a little wacky?

Today it got even worst, I started driving and if I put any load it seems like it’s misfiring or bucking. I have no clue what it could be.
