Hello everyone I have a problem as soon my car sees boost it’s jumping out of gear example I’m in M3 hit the pedal as boost increases the car jumps out of M3 into S4 or S6! Sometimes I get a bunch of codes and can’t communicate with the EGS (via XHP) until I turn the car off and on again but most of the time I don’t get any codes! These are the exact same issues I had before I rebuild the transmission with PD clutches it’s hard to believe this is an internal transmission problem! I googled and found one guy with the exact same issue exact same codes after a PR coil installation took them off issue went away! I don’t think the PR coils where the actual problem but it’s wired I run those coils for 2 years now! VB was/is rebuild by a company as well!

Here is a log when it happens!

I would check the sleeve for the transmission connector, sometimes it can leak and have communication errors. Scan the transmission also not just the dme.

Thank you that’s what I did! It wasn’t leaking but I just took the plug off put it back on and issue went away! Thanks for the tip! I tried scanning the transmission but I lost communication so all I could do is pull the dme codes and that’s what came up! So I figured I’m loosing connection but seemed strange that it only happened under wot! Anyway problem SOLVED! Thanks again!
