Welcome and there is no cheap and simple solution for a RHD single, go new stock turbos again if you want reliability.

Stock turbos are the only ones that last any decent amount of time if not pushed hard and a cheap cost compared to anything else.

I want to stay away from stock sturbos, i know it wont be cheap as such but just looking for a way to build a manifold using the stock manifolds

A few have tried and they didn't make any real decent power for the effort and cost and most will burn up o2 sensors like crazy as they aren't designed to run pre turbo, but knock your self out because many have tried and failed with loads of experience that been in the game a long time.

Well each to there own isnt it but ive seen a lot of single turbo cars making good power, as for the o2 sensors i beleive using heat sinks eliminates that problem.

A single turbo is just fine. Inherently twice as reliable. Much more power potential. Lots of options for various sized turbos etc. based on your power goals and goals for the car.

Motiv successfully raced their ST in the https://www.onelapofamerica.com/ just fine as an example of an N54 ST being raced.

It minimises it doesn't stop it, like I said do as you wish rRHD s totally different to LHD.

I helped build the best RHD kit available which is crazy expensive and know what it takes to do it properly and I personally run twin turbos on my own car.

Just about all RHD guys with singles wish they never bothered

Each to their own have a go and good luck with it.

My thoughts are twins are good up to 400kw area but singles are better if you want more.

The steering shaft is a pain but no different then a LHD otherwise.

Plenty of twins have made 450kw but the turbo and engines dont last long generally compared to single setups.

For example of stock manifolds made into a single kits.

One guy in Melbourne did 10.1 at 139mph on an old garrett turbo.

Someone in Sydney has a stock manifold with a china pulsar 3584 turbo and maxed out his 750cc port injectors around 32psi . He is now running 34psi and 15 degrees of timing. I think it would be highest hp in Australia but he hasnt been on a dyno just roll races it.

My basic log style manifold with a 4 inch dump pipe made 465.9kw on 28psi and 9 degrees adv. Did 10.7 122mph on 26psi boost.

The posistion of the O2 sensors are important. I have had the same O2 sensors for 3 years and over 100 passes at roll racing and 1/4 mile.

My personal dyno below. This was how it was raced at roll racing over 60 passes in 1 year.

Maybe a fast BMW but not the most powerful without a dyno graph if you want to make that claim.

Mikes car made 493rwk at 5400rpm before he maxed out the single barrel and 750 injectors on the dyno so he could not really find out how much power he actually could make on 28psi.
