Has anyone had an issue with this part of the venturi lines on there 335i? Pulled the regulator out to do a external fuel pressure regulator and probably damaged this clip and im guessing its bleeding off fuel pressure ? Log shows the lpfp sensor rises to a maximum of 16 psi on the jb4 when the car comes down to idle goes down to 10 psi. Before doing the regulator car leaked fuel from the regulator side Is why I messed with it in the first place and had a reading of 4-5 psi before I installed a external fpr. Anyone else have a shit show like this with there regulator ? Bought this car off the auction for 1500 bucks probably way maintained like a joke trans was blown so I manual swapped it And re gasketed the motor. Car has 220k miles and I'm sure has the original fuel filter

Depends how boujie you wanna get with it. I just used the spec twin disk that I had when I lifted the head on my e93 and my rtd. If you can find a trans for 4-500 bucks. Probably like 1600 into clutch 400 into other manual swap necessaties like radiator, lines,master and slave clyinder clutch pedal. So probably about 1k minimum anywhere up to 2500-3k

You could take the easy way out and just order a new one from @PFS

Yeah but even if I go to a different brand regulator I should still be seeing pressure at the sensor its brand new Bosch from fcp. Car has a ekpm3 so not sure what else to even check. Could swap a different ekp into the car . Basically out of things to try

Sounds like a in tank leak.
Rip all that crap out and have a look.

Have ripped it out 2-3 times installed a new venturi line with the brand new filter/ regulator assembly.

Going to try to convert my feed to the left side of the fuel tank and delete the stupid venturi lines

Yeah. If I don't figure out the issue im gonna bypass the stock fuel filter and stock fuel feed line and make a custom one from the passenger side hat to the hpfp hardline
