I had poly (autocorrect tried to say poopy) bushings and swapped to full aluminium.

Sorry for the dumb question, but how bad is the nvh going to solid bushings?

If you go for solid subframe bushes only with no other changes (like my mate), little to no increase in NVH.

If you go for solid diff’ bushes also (I did this), lots of extra noise, not vibration and the odd clunk. I would not suggest solid both unless you are building a track slag or love the noise and feeling.
