ECS TUNING CLOSED Or something?

I been trying to cancel a backordered item on ECS Tuning for a week and they have been MIA... chat window closed, no response to emails, nobody picking up phone. Anyone know what's up? They already charged my card and I ain't looking to sit around waiting for them while my car is on jackstands for weeks.

I placed an order a week ago and received it today, i'm on the other side of the world.
Last communication was on the 7th!! not sure what's happening in your case.

I got an order two weeks ago, shipped in like 2 days, fairly quick.

I ordered a new belly pan Saturday and it shipped today. I also emailed them about details on a scratch and dent item and they responded the same day.
