For those of you who do this, might be interesting. How do people normally rigging this up on their own?

This kit provides a clean solution to relocate your power steering reservoir on N54 cars when equipped with a top mount turbo. Care has been taken to maintain a stock-like appearance, and only the best materials have been used. Designed and manufactured in the USA.
The kit comes with the follow:
  • Bracket to relocate reservoir and hold AC line
  • 5/8″ Gates hydraulic hose
  • 1/2″ Gates hydraulic hose
  • 6 high-strength, black plated hose clamps
  • 2 unions to connect to stock hose
  • Nuts and bolts for mounting

I don't think I've heard of them. Closest thing to it would be my headhead steering gear on my 2nd gen cummins, lol.

Truthfully, at this point, mine might be doing the same :D Although Zip ties have surprised me at this point with what they're capable of doing when you don't have what you need on hand.

Purchased a 335d bracket, didn't have to do any cutting. I prefer the stock look

Does it cost a crap load more than this or something? I don't get it? Is it just a matter of placement?(I'm not saying its a bad product, just don't understand it).

Got the 335d bracket off of ebay for dirt cheap. I personally prefer the stock look and fittings as much as possible. I also went with the 335d coolant tank and cp-e chargepipe which was a pretty penny.

This is the first public product I've released, so Redshift is a nobody lol. I do some other engineering (electrical, mechanical, and embedded software) work for vehicles, and plan on releasing more in the future.

Regarding the 335d bracket @doublespaces , this is it:

That's where a lot of peoples coolant tanks go on top mount ST conversions, so it doesn't work very well. I made my bracket for that reason.

Hope that helps explain the difference.

Sorry to chime in on an old thread but would you happen to have the part number for that 335d bracket? I've been searching but haven't found anything.

Search realoem.com. I don’t remember the part number, but that’s where I found it.
