E40 or 102 fuel

Currently don't know wich fuel i should get IT tuned on i'm from belgium and probably going to get 102 octane from germany or running e40
Currently running 18-19psi custom mhd map don't know what power it's at on 98 oct or could i get away with a mhd V5 e40 map ?
Setup:
7,5 inch intercooler
Hydra hp650's
Full exhaust
In and outlets stage 2 fuel pump no port injection and i think 1step colder sparkplugs
Could i be octane limited on 102 first or hpfp limited running e40 ?

I want to hit try and hit 500-550 whp

To hit 550 whp you will need around 25-26 psi and at least 6-7 degrees of timing which wont be possible with the ethanol (not enough fuel), but may be possible with the 102 octane (as long as it doesnt knock). should be similar to US 95-96. The 93 octane record is like 575whp so youll have slightly better AKI. This record is with port injection tho so You will need to watch fuel trims as you will be pushing the stock HPFP to the limits.

I agree you will definitely need more LPFP if you want to be in that range especially with E40. A dual setup should get you there or very close. I also don’t see a 3.5 bar map sensor listed which will be needed at minimum.

OTS MHD maps are no longer an option for you. You will need a custom tune from tuner of your choice. Or take the diy route if you feel you already have the tuning fundamentals needed and are willing to bet your engine on it.

use the fuel you find at the station and add a WMI kit.
mix 80/20 or 100% meth
you need about 1200cc.
then you make a custom map
