Would PI meth even be worth while if you're already running PI e85? I wanted to try and find a way to stack PI e85 and nitrous but I'm not sure what would work best for implementing that.

I don't have access to E85 up here unfortunately but even with E85, I'm sure it would help with cooling

People don't like nitrous but personally I do. I think the issue you run into again is fuel unless you intend on a more complex wet system with fuel cell or something along those lines. I'd like to run a small shot.

I like the idea of using a small shot of nitrous to help spool a big turbo. I just haven't put much thought into a setup yet and I want to see the powerband of the EFR 9180 on an N54 before I buy any turbos.

Yep spooling the turbo as well as the some cooling effect. Years ago I remember a 35 shot resulting in ~100whp gains.

Just when you thought it was dead:

@DOC_Race
Got the 3D printed parts in last week. I'm in the process of gluing them together today and hopefully have it test fitted on the car later this week. One thing to note is the inlet from the plenum is now 2.5" with a smooth taper going to the flange. The first hand built manifold was 2" so we can see a very good increase of velocity with Version 2.

Yup, we will be offering this as a complete plug and play with port injection and charge pipe. For guys that don't need port injection you will likely be able to get your hands on it sooner as PI and charge pipes will take a bit longer to develop. Yes this is much nicer than the prototype. I wouldn't call it V1 as it was never a production piece :)

Any plans to support DI meth vs. fuel injectors? I worry a sandwich plate + aftermarket IM might have issues with fitment. Just curious.

IC CP is key imo.

Do you mean PI? My manifold is provisioned with port meth/n20 on top and port fuel on bottom. I think you could have both technically.

sorry, yeah I meant PI meth nozzles. Preferably nozzles with check balls, long enough nozzle/snout, right angle, etc. I know that really means the right bung/thread as you may not want to supply a wide range of nozzles and for good reason...
