Yes, DeepObd is a great tool, but can't log DSC interventions with it.
I'm going to get a CAN - USB interface and try to learn how to log those CAN massages.
Will post the logs if successful!

sorry i must ask, why not just pull the plug/pull power to dsc and test it that way?
at least you can narrow it down to whether its dme related or dsc related

Hi, I'm not sure what valuable information this will give me. If I disconnect the DSC it will throw an error and DME will disable all intervention.

Changing DELTA_PSI_BETA_LIMTITKORR to 0x01 or 0x00

I haven't found many references to this parameter, can you explain what the different values are supposed to change on the car? Is there a good thread somewhere with explanations for the different DSC parameters?

The name of the function is a fairly good indicator as to what it does :tonguewink:

DELTA_PSI_BETA are all Greek symbols used in vehicle dynamics.

Translated the function name is: STEERING ANGLE, YAW ANGLE, SIDESLIP ANGLE - LIMIT CORRECTOR.
Which should be self explanatory.

I don't know of any specific threads but there's plenty of info out there but your best source is using NCS Dummy.

Ah, excellent, thank you!

I was thinking of Delta as the difference between values of a variable and PSI as the acronym for pounds per square inch, although that wouldn't make much sense on a German car.

Really good to know all those greek symbols mean something specific in vehicle dynamics.

Yeah, I started going through all the trace files I have in NCS dummy and the descriptions there are very helpful.
