Oil drain line O ring likely just worn out. Swap the line out if it's bugging you
X amount of oil to x amount km doesn't really say much. 1 liter every 750 miles is on the edge of "normal" if you're at the track
Next time you do an oil change, double check the amount you drained to make sure oil level sensor is good is all I would suggest.
