Car tries to fly away

I have searched every forum even posted a while ago on other forum about this. When i brake my mirrors go crazy start folding in and out i believe water is issue. It started after i went to a touchless booth car wash to pre wash car then stopped until i washed car with back tires on ramps so was tilted down in front then stopped again few days later. Now just had very heavy rain and did it again anyone know where to start what module or connector? When it happens hard acceleration stops it and i sometimes can push fold button to open them or play with window switches but car will sometimes look like dumbo trying to fly i almost just want to take out motors but would like to fix water issue and or module so car is not rigged.

Instead of removing motors, could you remove fuse 21?

Start with the basic inspection I think.

Inspect the footwell module behind trim near drivers feet
Inspect the drivers door for water
Remove the interior of the trunk and inspect both sides and the center for water.
