Hey all, recently installed my Stage 2 LPFP. Took it out for a spin 2 nights ago. Drove WOT for ages everything was looking fine
(LPFP sensor has been broken for a while)

Today the car has just broken down. The first code I got was injector cut out.

Now the only code I get is 2FCA.

The car starts for about 2 seconds very poorly and then dies. It won’t stay on though.

Any idea what could be the problem?

I have an EKPM3 which has been coded for new walboro 450

Would a bad sensor cause the car to not even switch on for long ?

click here for a video of fuel pump priming

click here for a video of starting car

This graph is from the video start

Double check the hoses connected to the pump, sounds like one hose is loose or didn't click in it's place.
Hopefully going to have a look when home. I don’t have the tool with me

I have a feeling the pump to fuel line might have disconnected as it was proper tight to get on

EDIT: but what I don’t understand Is how it was driving fine two days ago.. now it’s not... weird...

I would pull it out again and double check on everything.

I have seen one weird case where pump just came loose and slept from the hanger. it was floating around in the fuel tank lol. Which hanger are you using? DIY? bucketless?

Using stock bucket with custom fitting I made with normal top hat.

I setup the Venturi as well to work. So we will see when I take it off

How much gas was in it prior to the pump install? Might have bent the float or got it hung up on a hose. Could simply be out of gas.

Just checked the tank. All plumbing is correct and in place. Plenty of fuel in the tank and the bucket... what next ? 🥳

For some reason my new EKPM3 is not responding. Would that cause this problem ? I only replaced it the other day. Although when I changed pump I didn’t unplug battery ?

So I’ve reset the adaptations. The HPFP rail pressure is stuck around 20-30 max even when started. Could it possibly be a broken HPFP ?

What is your lpfp and hpfp psi?
LPFP was around 85-90 before start and HPFP was around 20-26 and didn’t rise when trying to start.
It would start and sputter and die again

I’ve attached a log also, of start up.

If I put throttle it doesn’t die.

So started it this morning.

kept it around 2k revs. Even with foot on accelerator the car dies and then is hard start and death again.
Attached MHD codes
Also attached a log of the start and die

Terminal 15 is because Vacuum on exhaust is unplugged...

Everything’s look towards the HPFP right ?
Not a fuel filter etc ?

I think my LPFP sensor is working. And obviously it’s around 80 psi as it’s a brand new walboro 450 Venturi setup
