single turbo meth BMS pi not coming on? -
Got a deal on PI, installation was a breeze I can see fuel EN 1meth pump coming on but I don’t think my injectors are. Any ideas where my issue might be. Included log and jb4 settings. Also raised Fuel Bias and no change on trims. Appreciate any help.

BMS controller installation:
Purple-21 pin as looked from female side
Yellow-pin 9 on jb4 DB9
White- not connected kept blue from fsb
Red-power switch
Black- ground

Any way I can test of there is a signal from the box to the injectors?

The "meth" signal from the PI box shows you the injectors are powering up. Since it's a PI meth setup ideally you'd want to also add a "meth pressure" sensor in the rail and have the JB4 monitor that because as configured open injectors do not necessarily mean fluid is flowing through them.

Terry can it be a bleeding issue? What’s the proper way of bleeding meth pi? I bleed right up to the fuel rail, not sure after that.

To bleed out air pump needs an open line somewhere.

It might all be working fine, it's just hard to tell. For this sort of a meth PI setup you need to monitor pressure in the rail though IMHO, and feed that signal in to the JB4. Or rig up a physical turbine flow sensor in the line somewhere.

The JB4 can read any 0-5v sensor. So whether you use a turbine based flow sensor or a pressure sensor, they just need to map out to 5v somewhere. You can adjust the scaling in the JB4 to math the intended reading range for "normal" pressure or flow.
