Black Friday 2016!

This year Precision Raceworks is slashing prices once again for Black Friday with deep discounts on existing products and releasing new products to market as well.

This has been a great year for Precision Raceworks and many new things are just around the corner with 7 new products expected to release by the end of the year. As always our quality is second to none!

For Black Friday our inlet kits which are known as the first inlets to support 700+ whp without any issues will be dropping from $500 to $369 that is the lowest they have ever been! These inlets flow more air than any other kit on the market and are the only kit which includes all necessary components for OEM style fitment.

For Black Friday we are also releasing both our Stage 2 and Stage 3 modular fuel pump system. This system is the only system that will grow with you! You can buy a stage 2 then later purchase stage 3 then stage 4 as your needs expand. You can also downgrade if needed as you part out your car or change direction of needs. This is a modular system so keep in mind you will need to have the lower modules as well as the one you want (example you need stage 2+ kit to have Stage 3 work etc).

The LPFP fuel pump kits we are releasing will be a steal at $369 and $299 respectively but for Black Friday you can use the coupon code GoFast2016 site wide to obtain and additional 10% off.

We do have limited inventory of each product on hand so we suggest buying as soon as the product becomes available online November 25th, 2016 . For those who are a little late getting their order placed you will still be able to purchase and put on a pre-order list. We have more kits being CNC machined already to fulfill your order. Once all kits have sold the stock status will change from “In Stock” to “Pre-Order” so you should know if you will be getting your kit in days or a few weeks.

This is the information on the Stage 2+ Kit straight off the website for people needing more info. If you have additional questions feel free to ask we will do our best to get you answers quickly!

This is a complete Low Pressure Fuel Pump kit designed to upgrade your factory LPFP assembly to make it 100% E85 capable while also increasing volume. The kit comes with a new Genuine Walbro 450 pump and full warranty as we are Authorized Walbro Retailer. As a stage 2 using only a single Walbro 450 this pump puts out double the flow volume of the stock unit and is modular to meet your design needs and grow with your future expansion needs of stage 3 and stage 4 something not offered by any other supplier on the market.

  • Trade-in:
    • Our design was targeted to remove the need for sending your stock fuel pump assembly in for modification. This means less down time and a great reduction in shipping cost as well. Best of all you end up with your pump in the condition it was in when you pulled it from the car and run no risk of getting a housing back that is in poor condition.
  • Rebuild:
    • If you do prefer however to have someone else do the work we are here for you. We offer 24 hour turn around in most instances from the time your pump arrives until the time it is headed back to you. Though we do offer this solution we encourage our customers to at least attempt the install first it is very easy and should take 30min to 1 hour for complete assembly and install.
  • This kit comes with the following items:
    • Our unit is a complete plug and play system with only minimal assembly skill required
    • A new E85 certified Walbro F90000267 (450) pump
    • A genuine Walbro filter
    • A fully CNC machined fuel manifold with ability to handle 2 pumps for stage 3
    • Easy to install venturi line to maintain factory ventrui functionality
    • Stainless steel brackets to properly support both the pump and manifold
    • Quick Connect Fitting for OEM connection
    • Zip Ties for securing fuel return lines and wiring
    • Stainless Steel screws for assembly
    • Nylon Rivets for securing Precision Raceworks assembly to stock bucket
    • Lock Ring Removal Tool
    • Replacement factory vent clip
  • Items not included:
  • Factory bucket, Top hat, and Fuel float assembly
  • External wiring and control system for pump not included
  • This item fits the following BMWs:
  • 2008-2012 E82 BMW 135i & 135is N54

Most likely will be waiting to purchase on BF. However, can you clarify what you mean by "External wiring and control system for pump" for both stage 2 and 3?

Stage 2+ kit runs off the stock wiring and everything you need is included for that. For Stage 3+ or Stage 4 you need an external control system. Currently most people use a Hobbs (pressure) switch and a relay to trigger the 2nd pump to come on at a preset PSI of boost. Once the PWM-30A is released the stock ECU will control the fuel closed loop meaning both pumps will always run but speeds will decrease and increase to match pressure needs.

For Stage 3+ and Stage 4 we provide all hardware and wiring to the outside of the bucket so it is complete solution in the tank. You simply connect the wires to the outside of the bucket to the terminals we provide to power your second pump.

That sounds good, will your controller work with other fuel systems for those who have them?

@PRECISON RACEWORKS won't running both pumps needlessly heat up the fuel though, even at lower speeds (vs. just running one, and turning on the second when needed)?

It is actually the exact opposite. All pumps will run at such a low speed none of them will heat up. Most of the heating of fuel is generated when it is pumped through the line and then back to the tank (on off style system). With this system the pump output is matched to the FPR target that is set in the ECU. Now if you prefer a hobbs style system then by all means use it but it is not the preferred method.
