Hey All!
I've been scratching my head for a bit of why this is happening,
Recently, I've purchased a VRSF 7.5 Race Intercooler and a Cobb Charge Pipe (All fitted), and all recently, I've been missing an additional 240NM of torque roughly from a pull, and seem to notice throttle closure to start happening at the beginning of the 3rd gear pull but near 5.5k it fully opens up to 81% from 39%-43% down low.
I did have traction control fully off (Holding the button for 5 seconds) and was not losing traction at all as I was WOT from down low in 3rd gear.
Had noticed as well, everytime I put my old charge pipe on, it goes like a bat out of hell, extreme amount of torque from the second you WOT and it pulls hard. But ever since I got the Cobb and Intercooler, it seems to have died off.. (This whole problem use to happen with my old charge pipe as well).
- Checked charge pipe for missing O Ring or any gaps, C clips,
- Checked inlets and outlet pipes (None) (No boost leaks)
- Checked vacuum lines (Seem to be all fine)
- ((No codes))
