Two questions really:

1. Anyway to replace the rubber around the glass that is missing chunks?
2. How do you make the gloss black trim shiny again?

Yes if you check realoem.com and find the part numbers you should be able to replace the rubber

To restore outer black trim/rubber back to black works well

Awesome, thank you. I thought so, but I wasn't sure if I had the right part. As far as the black trim, I'm referring to the shadow line metal black trim. Not the rubber bits.

Is that factory shadowline trim going bad?

Yeah, it's kind of fading and peeling at that spot in the picture.

Yeah I know that stuff is great for rubber but what about metal? The black shadow line trim.

If you have any detailing experience, you can lightly buff the shadowline to restore gloss/shine. I do so on the B-pillars and shadowline trim with a 1" pad on a rotary with a polish (not compound) and usually hit it with a ceramic coating afterwards and I've had good results. Just be careful of the edges as you can easily burn them if you're not careful and it will expose the silver underneath.
