no need to sleeve, mahle or je pistons, king bearings
I didn’t even think of mahle I was looking in to cp but the info is tough to find. Why do you say no need to sleeve is there a reason?

It's not a weak point. Unless the block is damaged, there's no point, and blocks are cheap enough to replace. If you're going to be trying to push past 800whp, you can get a css deck insert, though Ghassan just ran an 8 with an open deck making a bit over 800whp.

I'm shooting a bit beyond that power level, so went closed deck.

If you're going to run cams, you'll need to use JE pistons for the clearance.

You have single handed lay given me more info in two posts then months of research 😂 I have schrick high lift cams so je pistons it is then and I’m shooting for 750-800 wheel so it seems open deck is fine any recommendations on rods?

Lol ghassan definitely did not do that on an open deck only Facebook shmucks will fall for that lie css made a post about ghassaj running 8.9 with there system and the post was deleted one day later because I called out ghassan on his Instagram and I got blocked . Only a fool would think you can run that many passes at that power level on an open deck , the cylinders and gonna wobble themselves apart and start ovaling with no other rigidity holding them more in place under them type of power levels

Nothing wrong with putting sleeves in when the motor is torn apart. I have experienced and seen many people with cracked blocks. I sleeved and closed deck mine.

These are the ones I have

Edit:
For our range of performance/race type liners, we use Ductile Iron. This material is three times stronger than the standard material and very good for high performance and turbo applications. Also especially good for wet type liners, that are subject to splitting/distortion in the standard material.

Why don't you put your money where your mouth is? We blocked you because we do not have time for your any sense, CSS is a long-time sponsor of the car, and they assumed we had the CSS block in there; we had a basic engine in there due to the new setup (FuelTech vs. AEM). However, on your 2nd attempt to cause drama because apparently you have nothing better to do or you have a crush on me. I called you out, $5000, you can be there in person, I will take the head off, and if it's a closed deck, I'm paying you $50,000. You have nothing better to do than be negative and hateful? Why don't you message CSS directly? I can show you the texts between me and Jeff, the owner of CSS.

Ok let's see them then. All I know is you send you shittiest motors to MN don't even make me drop the Dremel n55 ported head picture or the "walnut blasting" that has been done its not professional at all, I could've done a better job in my driveway. Lol id love to race ghassan automotive but I don't have over 100k into my car shiit I dont even have as much money into my whole car as you guys got in the rear end. No biggie though if it's truly a pistons and rods motor then mine should have no problem going low 10s high 9s , in my pistons and rods motor and make 900 on the dyno

Like why even respond if I'm just some bum tryna create drama just let that comment reside with the 100+ others that things its the most badass thing that you actually did it on a pistons and rods motor. It doesn't even make sense from your position as a shop to run a motor that isn't the best that you offer makes zero sense how oh we sell a g1000 but we use the g800 in our racecar?? How does that make any sense how would that give any of your customers any comfort in purchasing a g1000 if the own shop doesn't even run that shit in there racecar it shows me you have no confidence in your engine program. All good because I know you don't close your own decks in house so like what do you guys do thats special?? Rods, pistons, bearings, ? Damn I hope yall not charging people 8 9k for pistons and bearings motors that fill up with oil in cylinders . I can drop the link the dudes on this forum he says he's gonna have a real motor builder build that engine he probably just dropped 7500 with on you 😂
