I have a MT car and I did a 1/4 mile run, I checked the datalog and I noticed that even though I lifted off the pedal, my boost target remained high and didn't drop to 0, I started to investigate it and realized that boost target is in connection with the throttle blade, even off throttle.
I am trying to run a dedicated map to the drag strip, and trying to achieve a rev hang kind of effect so I have a bit more time until the throttle drops to around 30% so I can hit those "perfect" shifts consistently.
Has anyone been experimenting with Thresshold (Major Throttle Closure) more thoroughly?
What values would you say resulted in a similar outcome?
Obviously this effect is very unwanted for the street or any other application, but with a dedicated tune for the drag strip, this might be very useful.
