Hello everyone! After being very busy with moving my shop and taking care of customer repairs. I am finally all setup to produce this kit. The manifold has undergone a 3d laser scanning process. I will post up some manifold cad images this week. After that some minor runner changes will be made through cad to improve an already amazing spool up and flow. The data will then be sent off to create molds at a foundry in Chicago. I have released a group buy With 10 spots and there are 8 available currently. Total is 3750$ priced with a gen1 precision 6266. This is the same setup that now holds the 1/4 mile n54 stock engine and trans record. The deposit will be 2000$. Expect a 45-60 day wait time. I am shooting for less than that but I am being honest here. For those of you that would like to take part in the group buy in starting this week please feel free to message me or call me directly. shop number is 408-393-6390. Thanks!

I actually want to run a smallish, genII gtx. I WILL have a fast spooling, 5xx hp 335is, with waste gates that don't make a sound. I've been listening to that damned rattling for more years than I care to count now. lol

Any more pictures of the kit?

Yes I have a ton of pictures but I am currently waiting to post them until the kits are shipping out. I will post up small bits of fabrication work as I’m putting everything together for the group buy. downpipes coolant pipes hot side charge pipes etc...etc. There is some good basic photos of the first prototype made back in December if you look at the original 4N post on here. Only major change done is 02 placement and the manifold being casted. The 02 sensors are mounted vertically between the wastegates. I will also be posting up some cad images of the manifold. Reason for waiting so long on detailed pics is I’ve had some design copying from other vendors.

Very interested. What wastegates are provided with the kit? Also, will it be a complete kit or will we need to pick up the little stuff? (with the price I've gotta ask lol)

The cast version kit will include 1 46mm precision wastegate. The wastegate re location was designed through cad software and it still remains twin scroll. The basic manifold runner design remains the same as well. It will be a complete kit with everything you need to do a single turbo conversion. The only requirement that is not included is a fmic.

"it will have O2 sensor heat sinks with a Venturi"

1) Could you please provide the final specification for the O2 sensors?
Basically, I'd like to determine: Is your kit ADV Sensor compatible OTB? For example: "13mm Heat sink is preferred (AEM makes a nice one)" via n54tech.com

2) Group-buy slots still available? Thanks!
Yes! I will post final pics of the newly designed manifold. I am currently working with a patent attorney before I post the pictures to the public. It will come equipped with 02 venturi style heat sinks. I have done a lot of testing and it’s the only way to go. There are currently 5 spots remaining for the group buy in.

Anyother turbo to choose from? Not looking for huge power. 500-600whp on pump only
