3 piece wheel restoration

Guys I have some 3 piece HRE wheels that need some work. I'm mid-atlantic and don't really want to ship the wheels to california and back. Anyone have any suggestion of mid-atlantic shops that have 3 piece wheel experience? Thank!

I just spray painted the rims on my ride with plastidip.
