Well I made the jump bought my first BMW!!!! Really happy so far with my purchase can, honestly the first time I haven't hated the car with in 3 day.

About the car.
2009 335i sedan
Alpine white
Beige interior
Bone stock
70k miles
Automatic

The first things I plan on doing is a full maintenance over haul. I spoke with the BMW dealer ship and this was a CPO car in till 60k. However I have no way of knowing where it stands right now. I know at this point I will be doing at least oil, air spark plugs and coil packs. I am also going to get it walnut blasted. I'm unsure as to what else I should do, if you have any suggestions thank you in advance. Also any advice on intial upgrades wpyld be cool too. I have some ideas but I'm deff not a BMW expert( think intercooler, charge pipe w/ bov, oil catch can, air intake)

FMIC, downpipes, and tune. Charge pipe should be chosen after your FMIC since the FMIC up pipe can be different widths.

Around this time you'll be thinking water pump and tstat as well as your o2 sensors are likely on their way toward being tired even though they likely will continue to work fine. When you change your plugs, put in the n20 plugs you can find that info in the FAQ sticky and leave the gap stock/small.

The couple things I would change are he spark plugs... I would get the ngk's. But it would depend on what you are trying to do and far out your planning. Also, the intake... once again, personal preference. I would avoid it and go with inlets. But it depends on your goals. Good list of maintenance though!

What inlets would you recommend?

Also, skip the OE coils. Replacing them is is just dumb. It's like replacing the weak link in a chain with a cleaner link that's just as weak.

Precision Raceworks coils.

I'd also recommend NGK plugs.

Also, if you're putting inlets on it, you might as well put outlets on it. A new all aluminum kit came out that looks great.

Well alittle update, I bought a scan tool because periodically my and light will pop on. And I'm throwing codes in 3 wheel speed sensors, so I will be replacing them this week. Any one know where I can get them for a decent price and if you have done it any thing tricky I will run in to
