erratic post shift fuel trims, new hpfp (log attached)

(n54 newbie here) Anyone mind taking a look at my log and giving some insight? I've recently replaced a failing hpfp with a new OEM one in hopes to fix low rail pressure issues under wot. Is it just that I am maxing out the hpfp at my boost level and ethanol mix (e40)?

I was under the impression that the hpfp capped out at around 550whp which isn't what I should be around at only 19psi on pure 600 turbos. Is my only option to go port injection? Apart from a weak hpfp what other culprits could be the cause of these rail pressure dips? I appreciate any knowledge/insight from y'all.
