I’ve bought these puppies

Which I now see states finishes in a 2.5 inch outlet..

I have a Wagner Evo 1 performance inter cooler I canabalised from a previous project which has ‘stock’ inlets…

Question …do I have a mismatch issue and if so how do I solve it?

All this on a Z4 E89 35is …

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but the connector rubber is moved from the original outlet.

Hi yours is a VSRF which I think has a 2” outlet so should work ok..mine is the VTT with a 2.5” outlet…hence my query..

The thin tubes from the turbos are 1.5" on the VTT and 2" on the VRSF. In both, the pipes connect to a 2.5" pipe and this goes to the intercooler. The VRSF outlet will not fit a RHD car because the pipe diameter is larger. I didn't measure mine when I installed the outlet, but this is how I understood what information I found.

I had an epiphany last night…I think the wagner Evo 1 inlets at 2” are based on an internal connector..I hope the external dimension will be approx 2.5”..I’ll find out when I start stripping things down..

Since the evo1 has the stock style connectors, do you still have your old stock intercooler to take some measurements from? If not, I've got my stocker on a shelf in the garage (i'm also running EVO1), if you want I could take some pics and measurements for you. Just let me know👍

Hi I have the stock one too..but that definitely can only click a hose inside the intakes as , as you know it’s plastic ends…I’m hoping the Evo 1 external diameter intakes are close to 2.5” then all I need is a new double hump 2.5 short hose..

Yeah, I guess you're right - I was thinking that the OD of the connections were the same, but looking through my old pics the OD's are very different.
