Hi all, been hunting and fixing a couple leaks as my boost is lower than it should be. Because I switched over to an A2W intercooler I had to modify the lines from the vapor control solenoid using silicone hose,now when I pressure up the system there is substantial leakage from the end which connects to the intake. My question is, is there a restrictor somewhere in that hose to prevent excessive leakage? When I look at the design it’s obvious that boost will bleed across from the J pipe to the intake but I’m thinking is should be controlled.
