Looking for thoughts on switching back on my aquamist setup for flex fuel tuning. Just a single charge pipe nozzle. Everything is there waiting for me to go grab another nozzle and fill it up. Had it disabled with the E60 tune and now with flex E85. Motive PI and stage3 fuel pump FPR and lines upgrade.

The goal is really to build in some extra protection and head room for tuning . Even with E85 there is power to gain with meth spray on top , as seen on other boosted platforms. With flex MHD , I am keen to get some knock insurance for lower E level mixes and to a lesser extent a small power gain and on full E85 a little extra knock insurance (not extra power as such)

However, am I missing something in terms of tune or hardware limitations (MHD flex) or anything else?

Only thing I can think of is you lose the option of using the flex logic as a meth safety.

I don't think you are missing anything.

The Aquamist set up has a bunch of failsafes built in.

Spray away!

Do we have any suggestions on the nozzle size for charge pipe setup? Was looking at getting the the AEM v3 nozzle but, trying to work out what would make sense for the e85/flex usage.

Two nozzles 500 cc each? It is inexpensive to drill and tap another meth bung. Aquamist makes the bung insert. You get better atomization in theory over one large nozzle.
