Engine out, crank hub slip fix or no?

I don't mean rpm rising I mean the striking of hammer effect. If you look at crank speed their are oscillations that's why they use cross plane cranks on street bikes it was too smooth out the pulses through the crank ironically they originally started putting cylinders in pairs to create a shock then unload pattern and called them big bang engines but everything always changes back to the basics it seems.
