Are there any solutions to put the Hobbs switch in the stock intake manifold?

You can put it where ever you want...it's just a boost activated switch at the end of the day. Just drill and tap a 1/8 NPT iirc into the stock plastic manifold. Maybe throw some rtv on the threads so it seals but you should be fine.

I use this TB adaptor and it seems to work fine. Fuel trims are good but two sources of pressure are better then one.

EDIT: Thanks your finding and reading my post. Unfortunately, Spoolstreet is no longer a neutral platform where we can have honest discussions on subjects and products freely.
For this reason I have deleted all information I posted on the forums.

With hobbs switch (switch, on/off) you mean your secondary lpfp trigger? That's fine in the charge pipe.

I'm setting up my fueling, have a secondary pump that came with a Hobbs switch, this will be fueling my port injection in which I'll be using a SS AIC to control. I thought someone mentioned having the Hobbs switch in the Manifold was more accurate or better than having it in the Charge pipe??? Maybe I missed something...

I have mine in the trunk. Saved on wiring BS.
I can't recall who I got the idea from, there's a page describing it on an E90. But use the vacuum hose that went to the muffler valve, put that on the Hobb's. Then just hook the relay up like normal and save like 20' of wiring.

I'll be in the process of converting my built engine n54 hatch to dct in the coming weeks, which tuner do you guys recommend to tune that is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and is willing to go the extra mile to get things done right.

I've been using v8bait for years but he has been unresponsive to my messages as of late.

Need someone that can work with me closely for my customers and my own cars.

but the main names haven't changed much over the years. Me, Motiv, v8bait (as you know), and a couple others.

Just shoot me an email Marty. [email protected]

I personally own and have owned multiple DCT cars on the N54, N55, S55 platforms which have been tuned for a wide variation of stock, hybrid and single turbo mods. So I'm very comfortable with the DCT cars and currently own two N54 DCT cars, both now running bottom mount G35 1050 Garrett single turbo with MHD / MOTIV ReFlex. Look forward to hearing from you soon.

Ken, Marty has done most of the spanner work on my 135i GTX3584RS Single Turbo that you are currently tuning.
He is dropping the Reflex+ onto the ST this weekend so we can turn it up.
The engine in his hatch is out of his 1M and built. The 1M is a S65 conversion.
