2017 BMW X5 MHD Stage 2 N55 (ER Cat-less DP, VRSF Chargepipe)

I was having a lean air condition and replaced the BMS Intake with factory. I cleared all errors and idle seems normal once again.

Prior to that I was receiving the following:

118401 - Mixture Control: Fuel Air mixture too lean, large deviation
11CF30 - Mixture Control: Multiple Fault

I have also in the past week seen:

118401 - Mixture Control: Fuel Air mixture too lean, large deviation
11A002 - High Pressure fuel, plausibility Pressure too low
128B01 - Oxygen sensor before catalytic converter: Excess air detected

I have both replacement O2 sensors (not installed yet), cleaned the MAF and MAP. When I drive it goes smooth and then "sputters" and won't shift from 3rd to 4th with the pedal 1/2 down. Post the "sputtering" I checked for errors and there where none. Any help is appreciated! A datalog is provided to maybe help, I am new to reading and fully understanding how to interpret what I am seeing, so go easy on me...
