Hey Guys,

I'm about to buy an 08 335i N54 with 115,000 miles to try and hit 5-600 HP. I was wondering if 115,000 is still good to start at.

As well as if my build list has everything I'm going to need. Please let me know if I'm missing anything:

Start with Compression and Leak Down Test, Oil Analysis then move forward.

CP

DCI

DP

FMIC

Tune

Spark Plugs

Turbos

Turbo in-outlets

Ign Coils

Diverter Valve / Inlet

Fuel It Stage 2 Package

I'm trying to hit 5-600 hp for now. Do I need to upgrade the following items or are they just helpful and not necessary?

New Brakes?

Clutch, should I get this initially with everything else to save money on install time?

Meth Injection Kit

Thanks Guys!

Your definitely gonna need a clutch, stock clutches cant hold the power stock twins can put down when turned up ethanol let alone 600whp, im selling a really nice motiv twindisc with a single mass flywheel for cheap if your interested, you need to do the flywheel as well, past 500whp stock flywheel will start to vibrate and cause ghost misfires

Brakes first just saying and very least a is clutch. If running e85 blend with upgraded turbos skip meth unless dpmi. High power levels using meth for octane is a no no unequal distribution makes for a cooked cylinder.

I'd strongly suggest that you do both compression and leakdown tests and, perhaps, an oil analysis (like Blackstone) before modding a relatively high mileage motor,

Or go big single and just keep cranking the boost until your rolling coal or start losing parts of your engine then build it and really crank boost:imp:
