mhd bef maps

I feel as though I have never heard anyone talk about some of the hybrid bef maps The major one I want to know about is the no spool low timing map. I'm guessing that's a "testing your work map" or am I just looking at it as such after I get my turbos on? Seems like a good map to look for...
