You're consistently above boost target, your tune needs some work. WGDC specifically

Thanks. Makes sense as I just put on new new bov’s and afe airbox. I guess it will adapt PID’s over time? (as it’s an OTS map).

Im not sure, maybe somebody else will chime in. I never messed with OTS maps myself. As long as your still on stock turbos I think the OTS map would at least be close.

I'm honestly not sure if it will adapt or not... Maybe try reflash and a few pulls to "adapt" then post a new log? Or just run it as is for a few pulls then post a new log? I'm curious myself. Any luck since originally posting? What are your mods?

It looks like you might have a leaky injector in bank 1 or possibly an o2 sensor issue. Off throttle should be 234 lambda on both banks, not just one.

After looking again, PID is below WGDC base so the car is trying to dial back boost. I don't think it will adapt simply because base is higher than PID. Ideally base would be slightly below PID but it's so close, it probably doesn't matter. Being an OTS tune, it can't be adjusted anyway. Being unable to adjust the OTS maps is the reason I never used them, although I know many people use them with relative success.

I'd recommend getting a custom tune with a reputable tuner. But try and fix your hardware issues first.

I'd start by figuring out your afr issue in bank one... What index are your injectors? I'd start there. Although it wont make a difference to your boost over target, it should get your car running a bit better.

I've been off the forums for awhile and away from my car for a bit so forgive me if my thoughts seem a little scattered lol

I ran a OTS Stage 2 plus map on my 535i and once i added inlets i had bad overboost issues had to get a custom tune. Technically the RB's on my 535i flow a tiny bit better then stock turbos.

@beetos are you running inlets by chance?

I don't believe PID is that smart. It's just a system for correcting boost to target when needed. Unless your tune is adjusted, you'll keep overboosting and PID will keep trying to pull boost out to correct for the error. Weird that it does that on an OTS map tho.... upgraded turbos?
